We’ve released a new Chemsoft update with several improvements and fixes:

Chemsoft

Filtering options in Chemical list

• Added new filtering to Products with Ongoing risk assessment
• Changed filtering Products without approved risk assessment to Products without risk assessment

Risk assessment

• Risk assessment Compilation report now contains description of selected PPEs

Startpage Editor

• Now uses same styling as actual start page (page in editor did not look same as when published/saved)

Label

• You can now show Pictogram text (flammable etc.) below pictogram.

Advanced Search

• Fixed various AND/OR issues when using multiple conditions in search.
• Fixed issue now being able to search for CLP Abbreviations containing .

Chemical List

• Export to Excel did not work when searching products by supplier in Chemical lists (Blue links)
• Fixed issue copying products from Chemical list search (show all + unique products)
• Fixed sorting by Pictograms.

Security

• Prevent users from opening chemical lists they did not have access to.

Product Information - BlackBox

• Fixed button Copy link (BlackboxInterface link)

New language addition Malay

• Introduced new language ID for Malay so we can have ms-MY in SDS Updating service

QR-Access

We are introducing new Checkbox in Chemsoft where you can include subdepartments for QR Access Token

When "Include subdepartments" is selected, QR Access will collect all unique products from selected department and its' subdepartments

QR Access can now show multiple safety sheets from risk assessments

QR Access now only shows Safety symbols from Risk assessments.
