How to archive a risk assessment

The risk assessments that is no longer relevant to the department can be archived.
Both initiated and completed risk assessment can be archived by clicking the button Archive Risk Assessment.

The archived risk assessment can be found and viewed by clicking the button Filed risk assessment in the Risk assessment center. 

Do you need to restore a risk assessment?

You can restore previously archived risk assessment from the list of Filed risk assessments.
Open the risk assessment you want to restore and click on button ‘Restore Risk Assessment’. Note that risk assessment will have to be approved by a responsible in order to make risk assessment valid.
