Hazard levels
Chemsoft rates the product's intrinsic hazards based on the classification of the product (section two in SDS.) The hazard is expressed using five hazard levels where the most hazardous products have a filled circle and the least hazardous products have an empty circle.
Particularly hazardous (hazard level 5) | Particularly hazardous chemicals which are carcinogen, mutagen, toxic for reproduction or ozone destructive. |
Hazard level 4 | Very dangerous chemicals which, for example, are very toxic, allergenic, explosive or causes major damage to the environment. |
Hazard level 3 | Dangerous chemicals which are toxic, toxic for the environment or corrosive. |
Hazard level 2 | Chemicals that are harmful for the health or the environment. |
Hazard level 1 | Chemicals without known hazards. |
