Chemical list

Each department under Organization has its own chemical list of all products that have been linked to the selected department. You can open Chemical list for department by clicking the department name in organization tree.

The Chemical list can facilitate daily work by customizing the information you want to display for the selected department. 

In Chemical list you can see the following columns:

  • Risk assessed - shows whether the product has a risk assessment. 
  • Status - shows whether the product is approved for use
  • Hazard level - based on the product's hazard statements
  • Product name - the current name of the product
  • Exclamation mark - shows whether the product is matched against restriction lists.
  • Pictograms/Danger symbols - pictograms or danger symbols from the product label
  • Red flag - displayed if the product's safety data sheet has been recently updated
  • SDS - link to the product's safety data sheet

You can also select up to 8 additional various columns in Chemical list using Columns button.

With the right permissions you can in Chemical list make changes such as adding and removing products from your department, copying products, hiding and updating products consumption/inventory. You can also add departments in the organization tree.

Searches under the Chemical list can be made by product name, CAS number of the included substances, product type, supplier or the product's article ID. You can expand your search by including sub-departments.

If you wish to filter a specific criteria in your search, you can click on Options β†’ Show filtering options.
