Creating a New version in Risk assessment

Do you need to update your risk assessment?

Once a risk assessment has expired, needs to be updated or remade for other reasons, the function New Version can be used.

Open the risk assessment and click New Version.

A window will open where you confirm that you want to make a new version and archive the old one. When a new version is created all information from the old version is transferred to the new version and can be edited. All tabs have to be approved and the validity date has to be changed before finally approving the entire new version of the risk assessment.

At the top right there is a dropdown-list available where you can select which version you want to show. If there is a newer version a comment will appear.
